Parking
Some parking restrictions apply to our area which makes parking easier, but in some roads you will need to buy a ticket (this will cost £1 to cover the duration of most appointments and classes).
Buses
There is a bus stop directly in front of the clinic (from Portslade), and 1 minute away (from Brighton).
Buses run regularly all day: Bus numbers: 2, 2A, 46, 46A and 49.
Trains
The nearest train station is Aldrington, about 8 minutes walk.
Hove Station is the nearest main station, and we are only a 15 minute walk from there.
