Liesl Hinkly qualified as a Myofascial Bodyworker in Boulder, Colorado, in 2001, and went on to complete her training at the Rolf Institutes of both Brazil and Munich. Prior to this she worked as a massage therapist in South Africa.

Central to her fascination with Rolfing is the territory of re-education and how this denotes the first whispers of change for the body. The way we live in and relate to our bodies, determines that capacity for change. Through change we grow.

Liesl is committed to Continued Education at The Rolf Institute and is dedicated to a 5 year Advanced Rolfing Programme.

Rolfing practitioners are trained and certified only by the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration.

Any system, when it is overwhelmed with distress, learns how to limit its input. But what the body has learned, it can unlearn.
