Loretta Flockhart works with Reiki, Spirit and Angel energy to assist the whole body through breath, intention and love.

Her own journey of self discovery led her to train as a Reiki Master, and then onto a further exploration of the body’s energy systems through yoga, nutrition and the EMF Balancing Technique.

Her aim is self empowerment through clearing blocks within the body, chakras and aura, before going deeper into the frequencies of the electromagnetic field.

Loretta also practises Indian Head Massage and trained with Narendra Mehta at the London School of Indian Champissage. She works intuitively to help you relax and release tension.

She loves poetry, the theatre, a good yoga workout and being blown about on the seafront - but still not very good with her guitar.
