

Nicki Ball is in her 11th year of yoga practice and her 5th year of teaching. Nicki did her yoga teacher training with Gary Carter at Natural Bodies (2002-04) and is a member of the Association of Independent Yoga Practitioners. Nicki teaches Hatha yoga, based on the work of Vanda Scaravelli. A gentle, compassionate approach focusing on slow, deep work, finding the breath, the ground beneath you and waiting for the body to release. Playing with the poses, adapting them to the individual, with lots of hands-on attention. Nicki completed Yoga for Pregnancy training with John & Lolly Stirk and Doula training with Michel Odent. Consequently, Nicki now specialises in pre- and post-natal yoga and birth workshops. |
