My love for movement began with a passion for dance and athletics in my youth. I discovered the wonderful internal peace created by yoga when completing a very stressful MA in Social Anthropology in the late 90s.

My inspiration to teach grew after the birth of my first child, while attending classes at Sitaram Partnership with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

I went on to do an apprenticeship in post natal and baby yoga, with Uma, and have recently completed general, and pregnancy yoga training through The Life Centre.

I am interested in adapting yoga to an individual's body, moving into and linking postures dynamically with breath, integrity and awareness.

I am certified through the British wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance.
