Penny Star

Brought up in Surrey, but now living in Brighton, Penny has always been interested in natural good health, nutrition and alternative therapies.

She qualified as a Colonic Hydrotherapist in October 2000 and is a member of the Assiciation and Register of Colonic Hydrotherapists (A.R.C.H.).

She is also a Holistic Swedish and Indian Head Masseuse, trained in NLP and completed The Four Year Therapist Training with Humaniversity Holland in 1999, regularly assisting therapy groups at The Leela Centre in Dorset.

Her 30-odd winters spent in India studying philosophy, yoga and alternative religions have more than qualified her to facilitate the yoga and meditation weekends she also enjoys running. Penny loves gardening, country walks, swimming, music and silence.
