Can I still donate blood if I have acupuncture?
If you are treated by a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), you are eligible to give blood through the National Blood Service.
Please note: you will need a certificate from your acupuncturist, which is freely available through the clinic.
Certificates are valid for one year, and should be presented to the nurse when you go to give blood.
