Altering an appointment
Please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
Appointments that are altered with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for, unless another patient is able to take the session.
Please, don't just not turn up!
People often request last minute appointments, and knowing that you are not able to attend, even at short notice, may enable someone else to have an urgent treatment.
