

Working initially with simple movements, such as sitting, standing and walking, your teacher will help you become aware of your individual habitual tension patterns.
Using verbal explanation and a guiding touch, the teacher works with you to discover a new way of moving that encourages your natural balance and co-ordination.
The number of sessions will depend on your own needs and goals, and this can be discussed with your teacher. It is best to wear loose fitting trousers and tops.
