In general, there are 7 daily modifiable foundational factors to health and wellbeing:

  • The quality of our thoughts, beliefs, and alignment of values and goals
  • How we breath
  • What we drink
  • What and when we eat, and its balance according to our metabolic type
  • How we move, rest and exercise
  • The quality of our sleep, and the harmony of our circadian rhythms and natural rhythms,
  • and our interaction and relationship with our environment and others

 

These are within our control, and when attention is given to each of these factors in a balanced way, you will be dramatically influencing the way you look, feel, age and achieve in life.
